KYLE WASHINGTON

EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF SEASPAN ULC

Kyle moved to Vancouver, British Columbia in 1994 after graduating from the University of Montana with a degree in Business Administration, where he then started working in the Canadian Marine Industry.  Kyle is the Executive Chairman of Seaspan ULC, Canada’s largest marine company.  He is also the co-founder of Seaspan Corporation, the worldwide leader in independent containership management and ownership.

Kyle sits on the board of the Washington Corporation companies which is a conglomerate of Aviation, Rail, Real Estate, Environmental Remediation, Heavy Equipment Sales and Mining.
